CANCELLATION / PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

We have carefully chosen all of our products. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase please return the UNUSED item with a dated receipt within 10 days of purchase and we will gladly return or exchange the item. Every Client has the option to ask to test a product on they're skin before they leave the spa. It is on the client to ask for a tester sample if available. Not all products are available for testing. We cannot issue cash refunds. Unopened items returned after 10 days with proof of purchase will be refunded either store credit or and EVEN EXCHANGE. DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS.
